Freeze dried ice cream sandwich bites. These are made with a chocolate flavored wafer cookie with vanilla flavored ice cream inside. Freeze drying makes ice cream sandwiches light and airy with a satisfying crunch. I cut the ice cream sandwiches into mini bites so they aren't as messy. Packed in a 5x8 mylar bag and heat sealed. For best results, use within three weeks of purchasing. Store in an airtight container after opening.
